I ordered two stained glass book shaped cups for $78.00 and they are awful. Very small very light and look like plastic. To return them for a refund I have to pay the postage to China for $32.00 though they only weigh 1#3oz including the box. What a rip off company. Wish I had looked at reviews before buying them

If there was a zero star option, I wld choose that! I ordered 2 pr women’s sandals bc I liked the style enough to get 2 colors. They arrived shrink-wrapped, tightly compressed together into a single ball within plastic - without a box!
I immediately noticed poor quality: both materials & craftsmanship of assembly so I called their 800 customer service # right away. No answer, left voicemail; the next day I sent photos of the cheap quality via their email (as instructed online for Returns.) I have emailed them about 6 times, not aware at first they were headquartered in China! They responded to inform me I am responsible for paying the return shipping fees all the way back to China! And once they receive their sandals back, they will provide a full refund of the order price.
NO return shipping compensation is given for their faulty production or sub-par products used. It would cost $48.50 to mail an unsatisfactory product back for a $92 purchase refund - on my dime…utterly ridiculous! This company isn’t qualified to sell their wares overseas if not willing/accountable to incur the losses when their product doesn’t meet international customer standards!
Poor business practices; frustrating time difference across continents as well. Save stress, time & grief: do not order from them! They don’t stand behind the quality of their product & it’s been infuriating. I had to call to stop payment on my credit card to this vendor. Never again.

Ordered 2 Air Force Whiskey glasses. They sent me 2 cheap replicas of what they advertise. Complete fraud. Had the bank refuse payment. They should be forced out of business.

Ordered a V8 engine cup. The inside appears to be stainless steel but the outside appears to be plastic. The bottom is rounded so the cup wobbles. It's also cost 3 times more than what Amazon sells it for. You can't return it as the shipping costs are 2-3 times what I paid for it. Would not give me a full refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I couldn't wait for my product to arrive and add the same review you continue to see about this company, I have filed a complaint with us Federal trade commission and they are currently doing an investigation on said company. When my product finally did arrive it was nothing as advertised, the cap which includes the spoon of the grenade is made of cheap plastic. The grenade body is so thin it feels like plastic as well but it is glass. The USMC sticker is a sticker is as big as your thumbnail! I highly recommend anybody to stay far away from this company in the junk they sell!

I finally received my Grenade Whiskey Decanter on 5/6/2025 that I ordered 4/11/2025. I didn’t realize it came directly from China until I had already ordered it. Anyway, when I picked up the box I thought it was empty it was so light. I figured this is not good. Upon opening the box my first thoughts were “what the F… is this?” My second thought was “I’ve been scammed!” The nice picture of the grenade decanter turned into a cheap piece of glass that wasn’t even formed right, a small sticker that represented the Air Force and the striker lever (which was the cap) was the cheapest plastic ever made. As a matter of fact, when I put the lever on the glass bottle, which was the main part of the grenade and where the whiskey went, I couldn’t get it off. I had to twist it to try and remove it and when I did the plastic just broke off. According to their return policy, since I broke the plastic piece, my return would not be accepted. So I am doing the next best thing and that is letting everybody know, watch out when ordering from this company.

The item I bought was not what was pictured on the SHEREM site. When I contacted SHEREM to return the item, they said I had to pay for the return cost to China, which was more than the cost of the item. They would do nothing other than that. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

They only get a star because I have to rate in order to give a review! Don't waste your time purchasing any military items: as a VETERAN - I was disgusted by the items I received! The grenade whiskey bottle is the size of a perfume bottle wit a gold cap (not at all like the picture shown) and the tribute glasses are worst - with the plastic film no detail work at all. I WISH I COULD POST MY PICTURES and to add insult to injury the offer an $8 refund because they won't you to ship it back to China.

I ordered 2 Marine Corps rocks cocktail glasses that looked really great on their website, but what I received is a total joke. The picture shows a glass with a multi colored embossed rendering of the Marine Corps logo on it. What I got was a printed flat picture in a sickly yellow paint. I think this Chinese company is openly showing contempt to our military. Stay away!

Bought the veterans glass. Looks nothing like picture. Very deceitful pics. The pic shows goldleaf swirls. In reality -,yellow paint. Junk. Do not buy. $40 for a $3.00 glass - if that.

Do not buy from this company. The product resembles but does not match the description given. I purchase a penguin that was supposed to also be able to move. (priced at $29.99) and it was just a simple stuffed penguin. I contacted the company with no reply. I paid too much for a 6" stuffed animal and it came from China so returning it is out of the question.

Ordered a cute small, sweater-clad bunny for an Easter gift. The product delivered doesn't resemble the advertised product at all. Definitely not worth the $35.00 price tag. I'd return it, but it's made in China & they won't be giving me a refund. Steer clear of this company unless you want to throw your money away.

I purchased a funny face plant pot which was shown outside beside a doorway with a large Impatiens plant in it and in front of a very large tree trunk....this pot is so small in reality you wouldn't see it at the door or in a garden!!!and for $24!!!!!...DO NO BUY!

I purchased the Eagle wreath. I received it today. It appeared 3 dimensional and beautiful in the ad but what I received is a flat piece of cardboard and the image of the eagle/flag on it look very cheap. Never again purchasing from this company!

I ordered (4) Bunnies from this Company. Their advertising showed Children playing with the softest, cutest animated Bunnies that you could imagine.....What I received, After a very long time, were nothing like what was advertised. I am 82 years young and I blame myself. I was to trusting. Even at their sale price, it was way to much Do not even think about a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, you will, like me, regret it

I ordered a wiskey decanter that looks like an eagle and what was shipped looks like a robin. What a joke. I ordered 4 for $122 and they were shipped from China. It will cost $50-80 to ship them back and who knows if i will get any kind of refund. I wouldn't trust this company, whatsoever. The picture is a false claim!
If can attach, I will send a picture of the eagle they advertise and the joke I received.

If I could, I would rate this “0” stars. COMPLETE false advertising!!! So disappointed, so will my granddaughter be!!!
