Dentists, Hygienists, medical personnel, or other users of loupes, do not transact with this third-world- resembling company or you will be left outside looking in and wondering why you did not purchase your product from Orascoptic, or other company. Sheervision will flood you with promises they cannot keep and then flood you with apologies, only to continue such reprehensible behavior. For example, if you order an overpriced set, accessory, or replacement part, the wait is excessive (“The item must first undergo rigorous testing.”) If you request overnight delivery, it will cost in excess of one-hundred dollars and will take up to two weeks. Common company excuses and stallings are: “We’re sorry, that person is on vacation”. “Oh, the technician is out sick.” After one deferential wait, they offered to refund overnight shipping charges. It was apparently an ungrounded promise. With Sheervision, you will travel down the rabbit hole, and get lost.

This company won't extend itself one millimeter to help customers or potential customers. My new order of loupes (devices critical to medical personnel) took weeks to arrive. Their concept of rush mailing consists of placing a note or device on top of another person's desk. In addition, they fully exercise their supply/demand advantage with exorbitant prices. Repair requires the customer doing all the leg work that includes a thirst for customer credit card numbers so they can process payment immediately, and once paid, the process of giving back to the customer proceeds lethargically. If you can, try looking locally for devices and service in order to avoid frustration with just another contemporary business with an intense focus on profits.
