Shasta health has truly been a game…

Shasta health has truly been a game changer for my half-marathon training! I was very quickly connected with a physical therapist after sharing more about my past injuries and goals with PT through an AI intake form! l was impressed by how quickly I could connect with a PT and work together on a care plan.

After a few virtual sessions with my physical therapist, I was provided home exercises which really helped me stay on track to my training plan and practice my PT exercises at home!

Great appointment with a physical…

Great appointment with a physical therapist! It was really easy to get an appointment and the exercises actually helped with my issue. Group sessions is also such a great idea, because you can meet people with similar conditions!
