My package was saying it was delivered but I received an incorrect package, it had another person name and different tracking number. Shapermint was easy to get help, I emailed for assistance and they responded to me fast. Kris helped me get my items delivered with no issues. I sent a picture of the incorrect package received and Kris helped me fast. I will definitely order again. My bras are comfortable and love the wireless. Fit true to size

Not sure if I like this bra yet. Ease of buying it I would give 5 stars. It’s the product I’m not sure of. I purchased the XL/XXL Size and I have some gapping. I wish they sold a L/XL. That would fit just right. Also the cups are padded more than I’m used to. It is a nice bra if you want a padded one.

The customer service team was Great! I was disappointed in the product, I ordered 3 cami’s, I was surprised to find out they didn’t fit. I ordered exactly as the app suggested, I wear a size 12 or Large in tops so I ordered an
XL. I could barely get it on! I couldn’t help but laugh. So I’ll most likely be giving them to my daughter and she probably won’t fit into them even though she wears a small, we’ll see lol!
Needless to say I won’t be ordering the cami anymore. Lol!

Love the bras! They are just what I wanted. Excellent price so I ordered 4 of them (2 tan & 2 black). I also wear underwire, but these are great for when I go for tests. The underwire interferes with them. They are very comfy, I could sleep in them. 😃
