Does customer service even exist?
I got in on the crowdfunding in April 2024. I received the bike in January 2025. The parts I had to assemble were not easy, but I finally got it. The seat I ordered with a Bluetooth speaker and rfid lockbox did not ship due to issues with their supplier. I’ve tried to contact them 3-4 times through their support channels and have gotten no reply in almost 7 months. I had hoped for a better outcome. The story is that they are a US based company founded by veterans. What could be a better thing? Maybe customer service?? The bike did come with a standard seat, so I can at least ride it. My recommendation is to go with a well established company like Rad. More expensive but a better product and experience. These do look cool though. Maybe one day they’ll work out the kinks.
Update 7/2: I tried contacting them once again about the seat. Several days later, still no reply. I cannot recommend this company.
