Using Seven Corners travel insurance again

Purchased Seven Corners travel insurance in the past for international travel but never filed a claim until 2025 which was promptly reimbursed the following day for an unexpected Doctor's visit in Spain. Claim submittal was easy and response was professional and included condolences for pain and suffering. Planning another trip now and confidently using Seven Corners again.

Amber helped me with my question then…

Amber helped me with my question then took care of my cancellation as changed my mind. Then connected me to Tiffany to get a policy I decided on. She was able to look up prior policy and get all the information from there. Think it's a better fit for our trip in 2026.

Violetta Wooster, Digital CS is the person that helped me choose the right coverage. Traveling over 10 different countries the online system does not give you the option to choose every country. AI is NOT smarter than humans. Call Violetta she will set you up with the right policy. Very knowledgeable and helpful lady. Thank you.

Had 2 claims. No issues.

Used Seven Corners travel insurance whilst I was travelling around South East Asia for 3 months. I unfortunately had to make two claims (relatively small, ~£250 each). The claims process was easy, and I wasn't asked to provide anything unreasonable, nor had any issues with the claims process. The payments came in after ~4 weeks. Very happy with this company.

April's (our agent) Perfomance

April, our direct contact and licensed underwriter, was prompt with quotations, explanations of alternatives, explaining in more depth one decision feature etc. and making payment process almost automatic. We'll use direct contact to her again.

You need a sales representative that is knowledgeable, patient, and truly wants the best offering for you

I was looking for important protection, but did not want to break the bank. April Welch Pennell with Seven Corners was excellent. April led me through the process and helped me confirm the coverage I already had through Medicare and Medicare Supplement. She was patient and understood that I needed to run the options by with my wife before making a commitment. We ended up with great protection at a fair price.

DO NOT BUY A POLICY FROM SEVEN CORNERS - They are dishonest at best and fraudulent at worst

Our flight was cancelled due to the electrical fire issue at London Heathrow airport, and we were stuck in Italy for two additional days. I provided all requested airline documentation, along with hotel bills and credit card receipts. The claim was denied for some incomprehensible reason in a letter of explanation that made absolutely no sense.

It's a clear case of trip interruption, and I have filed a complaint with the Texas State Board of Insurance and have engaged an attorney to pursue this claim under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

Our original return date was March 22,2025, which was within the coverage period and the notification of the flight cancellation was early morning hours of March 21, 2025, which WAS during th policy period!

DO NOT BUY TRAVEL INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY AND EXPECT EVER TO NEED IT SHOULD YOU HAVE A CLAIM!

Rare Trifecta: Best Product, Service & Price,

Integrity based, quality focused and customer oriented is how I would describe our experience with Seven Corners.
