I had a virtual appointment scheduled with Larissa Davis, and she never showed up. I waited well past the appointment time and sent multiple messages with no response. No explanation, no follow-up, nothing. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Great and caring.
Such a nice, caring doctor, Dr Pan in New York. He went above and beyond to ensure that I received my Rx. Exceptional! Thank you! Ps, I used to have to pay $200 to see my old doctor, just to get an Rx refill. I can't afford that and do not want to pay that anymore. It's a luxury I just can't have. The doctors and rn's I've had the pleasure of working with on Sesame are so attentive, really caring and go the extra mile. The last doc kept in constant contact to let me know about my Rx. It was a holiday and the pharmacy was closed. I was out of my meds, but I didn't tell him. I'm sure he knew from my last refill. I was too broke to do anything about it. I also did not tell him that. He stayed on top of it and let me know, he messaged me at 9:01 when they had opened and he confirmed that they were filling my prescription and what time they'd have it ready! You don't get that kind of concern from many doctors' practices. I used to have to remind and or beg my previous practitioner to call my Rx in and hope that they actually did. Sometimes it took multiple reminders. Very stressful.

Your regular doctor could careless, try Sesame Care
Dr. Juat is really nice, she has bed side manner and she cares about me as a person. I told her my concern. Just because this is online, she is primary care physician I had her before. She knew before and she made sure I got her some blood work, because she was concerned and wanted to make sure everything was okay. I trust her with all medical issues, I highly recommend Sesame Care to everyone.

Clinics take forever
Clinics take forever. I have actually called the clinic from inside the clinic to make a new appointment. Today was super fast and I really loved the tracking on the prescription that I got. I’m hooked and actually a fraction of the price I pay here.
