Went above and beyond with customer service, ordered 2, 40 gig hard drives, one of them died while restoring a backup image to it. they expedite a new drive to me asap. i knew in the beginning that these are old used hard drive, they are for an old cnc machine the needs ata/ide.

They cancelled my order
They cancelled my order! Yes, that's a good thing: they were selling a refurbished board, and before shipping they ran an Acceptance Test on the thing, it failed, and it was the only refurb they had in house. So they cancelled it. Some vendors might have shipped it, waited until I found the problem, and then mess around in the hope that I'd either buy a "new" board or they got another refurb. So sometimes saying "no, sorry" is the right thing to do, and I'm happy they did!
