I ordered the Blackseed and Soursop package. Upon receipt and opening of the bottles, the Soursop had no white sealed tab. I reached out to support for help and after locating my order they offered a quick resolve. The customer service was prompt and efficient.

Caring about the customer and product

When I placed my Serene Herbs order, I received a email from Kevin asking about my interest in the product as well as what I hoped to gain by using the soursop bitters. Initially I thought to dismiss the email, but when I received a follow up email the intent seemed genuine.

My experience with the product has been good so far. I can say that I have noticed a rise in my energy levels and my gut health seems to be doing well. I've already recommended the bitters to a few people.

This company is so much more than just a seller of an amazing product. They actually care about the wellbeing of their customers. They have reached out to me through many emails and respond as a person within minutes with answers to keep me motivated on my journey.

I subscribed to their 17-in-1 Daily Herbal Blend. I bought too much initially and miscalculated on the subscription delivery time. When I received an email from them saying "Thanks for confirming" my next order I immediately cancelled my subscription and sent an email telling them I didn't confirm my order. The reason for the 5-star review is that they responded quickly and professionally about how to rectify the situation. They could have handled it many other (not good) ways, but they talked (emailed) to me personally and listened to my concern (I had too much product already) and responded in the best way possible.

I absolutely love my bitters! Not the taste but definitely the effects! They have definitely helped lessen my sugar cravings and I have a lot less bloating! Just finished my first 2 bottles and now I’’ on to the next!!! (Started off taking 1 tablespoon of each, now I take two of each daily as instructed)

The bitters work wonders! They started cleaning me and my husband out after the first dose. It kept coming after subsequent doses. You’ll wonder where all that stuff came from. I thought it was pulling out remnants of meconium (a newborn‘s first poop)! I would highly recommend the liquid bitters. They taste awful but if you want a good cleanse, deal with it, chase it with some juice or something and let it change your life!

I've been taking Serene Herbs Bitter Sours for over a month now. I'm definitely a believer in this product. I used to be so drained after my day at work and would just want to come home take a shower and crawl in the bed. Now, since I've been taking the Bitter Sours I have increased energy and I actually come home and I'm able to do more around the house and not just be focused on making it to my bed. I am also more regular than I've ever been!
Im so thankful the Lord directed my path to give this product a try! It's a life changing product. I look forward to adding the Black Seed Oil as well. The Customer Service is wonderful. They wasted no time at all a answering my email when I inquired today about the plastic bottle instead of glass when I purchased on Amazon.They explained the situation in full with no hesitation. Thank you Serene Herbs for being a reputable company with a great product!!

I been taking the sereneherbs for more than two months. I did the trial bottle first. The products help me go to bathroom. I also notice. My stomach is flatter. After two months, I subscribe the triple power bundle. I am glad I found the herb remedies that help me from inside out.
