I purchased SendMails.io LTD for $399 by the end of May 2025 for 100K subscribers, expecting professional email marketing service.
ISSUES EXPERIENCED:
- ALL emails from SendMails.io go directly to SPAM (June 17-19, 2025)
- Not just my main domain - EVERY domain using SendMails.io affected
- Service worked for sending 2 emails after technical fixes, then failed again
- 100% deliverability failure - emails never reach inbox but go directly to spam folder
BUSINESS IMPACT:
- 20,000 subscribers unreachable
- Complete email marketing breakdown
- Forced to abandon platform and return to previous provider that I use successfully with Amazon SES since 5 years
- Significant revenue loss from non-functional campaigns
CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILURE:
- Refused refund despite total service breakdown
- No permanent solution for systematic SPAM issues
- Unprofessional and very slow response to legitimate complaints about broken service
- Only response from customer service is "We are here to help" as an excuse to reject refund claim for non functioning service.
This is not a minor issue - it's complete service failure. When ALL emails go to SPAM, the service is worthless. Losing $399 for a completely non-functional product.
UPDATE: Still waiting for reasonable response from support team. Their only response so far is "As there have been no further updates or queries, we’ll be closing this ticket for now." Clearly a dishonest company.
The proof that they are dishonest is that most of their reviews are fake. If you look closely, you'll noticed that some reviews are duplicated with different names. And you'll also notice that most of them have quite the same length (2 or 3 lines max) which is a very bad sign. I recommand Trustpilot to monitor this account closely.
