Overhyped

Im a chilli grower novice and came across this shop in many recomendations on Reddit and grow forums. Indeed a great selection in seeds, but unfortnatly a wide variety on seeds is not all. From a so called profesional seed suplier i expect more.
Like:
- Scientific names missing on seed packs
- extrem long shipping (14-28 days) with no option to choose express or a different shipping method(2024).
- No payment recived notifications
- poor online shop architecture
- poor comunication skills

I cant say anything regarding the seeds themsef yet, sice they have not been planted.

Some other disslikes but not related to the shop.

- Poor Youtube guides (the info ur locking for is hiden between pesonal rambel) Took me over 10 min to just finde the info about how deep a seed must be planted.
- Elitist and downwatching behavior (boomer)

Seems like there is not much competition in chilli seed suplier if this is considert the best.

Kinda sad.

Edit: Shop owner is Doxxing customers and insults them(me) via email as "drunk"

Cheap... for a reason

Probably the cheapest online but after a few years of ordering I can say that you'll end up wasting money, not saving it.

Half of the seeds are hybrid. A third of them are probably very old seeds with very low (or zero) germination rate (grown with seeds from other sources that had 90-100% rate so I know it's not a setup issue).

I have gotten 3 right phenos out of 11 from my last order. When I finally contacted them, not for a karen-complaint but more for helpful feedback, the CEO Marlene Merle took it very personally, answered with a very arrogant email and said to do us both a favor and not buy on their shop. If you read this, I'm hopefully doing you a favor as well.

Edit: you can see from their reply below exactly their attitude. Passive-aggressive, blame and total lack of any responsibility in anything. If your fatalii is red, your reaper is a ghost and your habanero looks like a mushroom, it's not hybrids, it's your fault! They are also the only supplier in the world who never had germination issues in 20 years ;) Thank you Marlene, no one could have proven my point better than you.
