From problem to Satisfied
After a month of having little to no communication. I'm happy to say the company did reach out and they figured out what the problem was and why they weren't receiving my messages. I did also ask about why I couldn't get a hold of them through phone and apparently they are updating their systems and the number is changing. After all of this I was paid appropriately for the condition of my devices and I hope to do business with them again and not get sent to the spam folder LOL.

Excellent company to deal with
Excellent company, I was hesitant at first but they were one of the few companies that actually have a phone number to contact. Their offer was way higher than any trade in and payment was paid through paypal. The whole process took 5 days and the promised offer was honored.
