Books and Christmas

Books this time. What a wonderful selection. And the delightful Christmas shop that I shall browse more fully. I wish I could still do the children's stockings. I gave the book "Countdown to Christmas" to my daughter early so that she can read the poems and stories to her children through December. Thank you Scout for giving an old lady such good service and your quality stock to browse.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The website looks great, but if you shop here be warned- the website is glitchy and their customer service is the worst ever.

I put in an order on their website- double checked my basket at checkout and when the order confirmation came through, the wrong item had been put into my order. Some sort of weird website issue. I didn’t notice this until my item arrived and I checked my confirmation email.

Messaged them asking for help and have received multiple emails blaming me saying it’s my fault- when I definitely checked my order at the point of clicking through the checkout process - I’m not an idiot.

They’re claiming it’s my fault and that I need to pay to return it.

I will not be shopping at Scout & Co- it’s more like Scam & Co.

All the products they sell are stocked elsewhere which is where I’ll be shopping from now on.

No email reply

Emailed them because the Veja shoes I bought fell apart within weeks. No reply! Emailed again and still no reply. Really disappointed, and wish I’d read reviews before buying from this company

So much great stuff

So much great stuff, brilliant brands which are hard to find and order arrived really fast! Highly recommend and would always rather shop with a small independent retailer.

AVOID - SCAM !

The most awful company I have ever given my money too. Appalling customer service, I have never received any items from them that I ordered. Last year I did an order of sale items and realised I had selected the wrong size of a romper so emailed them and asked to remove it they promptly replied. A few days later they email to say a pack of socks I ordered was out of stock and would I like to swap it for something else which I did. I then heard nothing from them and weeks past with no items arriving or any tracking details. I sent multiple emails they finally replied and said nothing was in stock from my order only one item so I requested a refund which took them ages to do. I thought maybe it was a one off, people make mistakes and it was after Christmas sale so maybe they were overwhelmed. How wrong I was.

I placed a new order of two items I really wanted. It's been nearly two weeks since I placed that order and I have received nothing and no response to the emails I have sent asking for an update please. Such disgusting services especially for a children's wear brand that has such a big social media following. I should have checked the other reviews on Trustpilot as I'm not alone to have experienced this. What a waste of time and big disappointment.

Mould inside children’s wellies

This store sells high end children’s items. I ordered a pair of Grech and co wellies which were covered in mould inside. I emailed several times and got no response. Obviously the items are being stored somewhere damp and they are sending them out regardless. The items they sell can be bought elsewhere so I would recommend buying where the products are looked after and you receive good customer service.
