Great support and customer service

Marco and the SB team were awesome with getting my boat up and running. After calling and speaking to them on options, they shipped my heat-x out same day and it arrived on time. Further, the shop I used misplaced an item and SB was kind enough to ship a replacement immediately.

Wonderful customer service!

Wonderful customer service!! I was in a bind while cruising and contacted SB Marine to order a urgently needed part. Marco was extremely helpful - quick to respond to my questions and handled everything very professionally, including arranging for overnight shipping!! Greatly appreciate and highly recommend!

Wonderful products and great tech support!

I was tasked with ordering and installing a new SMX control system from SBmar by my customer. Ordering and shipping was quick and a breeze! As far as install goes it took some time and a good amount of work but that’s due to the boat manufacturer, the SBmar side of things was great! With the wonderful experience of the tech support that Corey, Alex, and Josh supplied me with I was able to get my customers vessel up and running with little to no issues. These guys over at SBmar really know what they’re doing and I’d highly recommend any of there products, especially anything related to the replacement of any smartcraft/mercury old electronics. I can’t thank them enough, this job wouldn’t have been completed without them!

Outstanding Customer Service and Expertise

As usual, SBM came to the rescue in stocking a QSC8.3 Aftercooler that was needed ASAP to get a customer’s boat back in operation.

Marco in the Parts department was very knowledgeable and helpful in confirming that the correct part number was in stock and available for shipment.

Although the call was made late in the afternoon, Marco expedited the pre-service of the component and was able to get it shipped the next day.

Fair pricing, deep expertise and outstanding customer focus is what makes SBM the company to use for all Cummins marine products.

I Missed the Sale Window by Two Days. This could have ended badly.

I placed an order for a new hose kit and clamps for my Cummins QSB 5.98 HO engine...two days before Seaboard Marine's annual sale began which included a 10% discount on these items. Argh. I wrote to Seaboard and asked if they would extend the sale discount to me since I placed the order so close to the sale period. They did! No questions asked. I was more than impressed with their generosity. This experience stacks on top of many prior orders I've placed with them. They have always been prompt, accurate, and seem to carry a great inventory of parts, making for quick order fulfillment. I'll continue to do business with them and recommend them highly.

We purchased an alternator for our 5.9…alternator

We purchased an alternator for our 5.9 Cummings marine engine nine months ago. We installed it approximately four months ago and we had an issue with the charger after approximately two months of travel, called the folks and explained our situation. They did not hesitate had us do a simple test. And after the test said they would drop a brand new one in FedEx. The FedEx package arrived a couple days ago we installed the alternator and everything works fine. Cannot ask for any better service than that. Thank you guys you rock.

SBMAR are awesome

SBMAR are awesome. I cannot recommend this team of people highly enough. I ordered a QSC gear/fuel cooler on Monday lunchtime in Sydney Australia and I had it sitting in my desk by Friday morning that week. Great range of parts and seemless transaction. AWESOME service guys. Keep on rocking!
