Both Noah and Carson really demonstrated excellent customer service skills. As someone who has worked in the retail industry for 15 years I know what a deal breaker bad customer service can be and what a deal maker excellent CS can be. Both of these gentlemen had it. They really took to the time to answer all (and I do mean all) of my questions. They had great follow through and weren't pushy. I am tough critic and I have to say. If all your reps are like this I would def. recommend other small businesses to work with you all.
