Savvy works a bit differently from traditional booking platforms. We’re a book-direct marketplace, which means guests book directly with professional hosts. This setup is what allows us to save travelers 15–20% on service fees compared to other platforms. However, it also means that hosts must opt in to accept gift cards, which can sometimes make the redemption process more complex than we'd like.
We do want to make it easier to find properties that accept gift cards directly. That’s why we’ve added a filter to our site that lets you view only listings that accept Savvy gift cards directly. You can find more information, including instructions and tips for redeeming your card, at:

Regarding the one gift card per stay policy, this is in place to help prevent misuse, such as purchasing a card after selecting a property simply to stack discounts. We understand this can be frustrating in cases like yours, and we do notify gift card purchasers about this limit during checkout so expectations are clear.
