They cancelled my order.

I ordered insulin pump supplies and CGMs for a 3 month supply for myself (My insurance through work opts out of T1DM coverage so I am self pay). I received an email stating my order was cancelled. No reason. When I inquired they stated "Billing address does not match Shipping address". I explained I am a full time RVer and my billing address is a mail forwarding address only (its a physical location- they could actually drive there to the physical address provided by Escapes). They basically said too bad and cancelled the order. I am disappointed because I am an MD and noticed they have a program for which you can partner to provide discounted medical equipment for your patients. I created a new Telemedicine business for Nomads and RVers as the problem I am having many who live the nomadic life also have the same problem. I can not recommend this company. Now I understand why they have a 2.4 star rating on TrustPilot. I'm especially disappointed because I chose this company because they are located in NY. I moved from NY to start my RV Journey. All I got from that is "NY attitude".

I would give a zero if it were an…

I would give a zero if it were an option. The owner Mark doesn't listen, talked over me, puts words into your mouth, retold what went wrong, (which wasn't what i said) so he doesn't have to give me my $94.. refund. Blamed me for not using the correct app, when I told him several times that I did. He wasn't giving me a refund and told me he was going to block me from any diabetic supplies and to tell anyone else he knows not to sell diabetic supplies to me either....he's a bully. If you buy from him you better hope you don't have any problems...oh, btw my initial call to Save Rite about my CGM problem, a different employee told me to call Abbott and lie to them about what was going on with my sensor to ensure i would receive a replacement. This company has no integrity and it starts with the owner. Can you imagine telling a diabetic that I am going to make sure no one i know sells to you for your diabetic needs... wow.. Find a good company with good honest people..

Horrible customer service!

Horrible customer service! I purchased a diabetes-related product from SaveRite. I found that it has rather poor quality and reached out to their customer service department. The rep was very rude and told me that it has nothing to do with them, and told me to reach out to the manufacturer instead. I replied that email and they simply stopped responding to me! As a patient, I would suggest not to buy any medical supplies from this website if you could find an alternative.

This company has ZERO support

This company has ZERO support. I sent multiple messages on why they were taxing me on non taxable items and they would not respond. I have found another supplier that does no charge sales tax and has support. Don't walk, run away from this company. I bet are they are pocketing the sales tax money the Florida sales tax they are collecting on no taxable items.

Save Rite Medical expedited an order for a shower chair I needed and could not have been nicer. Not only that, but their price was right for a quality item. Thank you Save Rite for such great service!

I asked to cancel the order because the…

I asked to cancel the order because the shower chair was too wide for the bathtub. The following day, I was told it was sent out. So either they didn't read my email or chose to ignore it and send the item anyway. I then find out I would be charged a 25% Restock Fee & would have to pay to return the item myself. I was also informed the return fee would be as much as the chair. Had I known the return policy was this bad, I would've ordered from somewhere else.

Very Poor Packaging

Ordered 5 large bottles of medical lotion. The bottles were literally thrown into a box with no wrapping, no cushion, nothing. Two of the bottles opened and spilled during shipping, so bad the box was stained on the outside. Obviously there was no care put into packaging our $75 of medicine.

I was very disappointed with customer service and return policy!

I was very disappointed with the customer service I've received. I was told more than once that I would be contacted back for my ramps I'd like to return. And I have yet to be contacted, after I have reached out numerous times. I had to call three different 1800 numbers, everyone I reached tried to just hand me off to the next person. The ramps I purchased do not fit the type of french doors I have and I'd like to return them ASAP. last I heard, Donald from customer support was supposed to reach me for assistance with returning the items. All I want is a return label and my money back.

update: I called again right before I submitted this negative feedback in hopes that my problem would be fixed. so, the end result is: I had to call Donald. he did not call me like he said. I have to go to the post office and pay to have these ramps returned, as well as have 25% taken out of my money back for a restocking fee. this is absurd. and I will never purchase anything through this company again. this is a huge scam and you're practically stealing money from the elderly.

I've ordered from this store before. My packages always come promptly. The product I purchase is very expensive anywhere else, and so I appreciate an affordable price.

A stone aged company

After three weeks, the order has not arrived. Call the company, nobody ever answered the phone and never called back. The company seems to close down for holidays very often, two whole weeks in September. It does offer live chat function. However, it never resolves any issues. The warehouse does not open even after 10 am. Avoid this company like a plague. Or, you may put the life of your loved one in danger.
