DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS SITE!!!

I ordered 2 ceiling lights and paid with my credit card. Then sent me an email and they said one of the light that I ordered, they changed the design of it. They asked me if I still want it or not. I canceled that item and I wanted my refund. They don't answer my calls or they don't reply my emails since that time. They sent the other light order but I didn't receive my refund still. I can't reach them at all. From the other reviews that I have read, I understood that they do this to many people. They are not trustful website to shop. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

I had a terrible experience with save…

I had a terrible experience with save lights. The 4 lights we ordered took months to arrive. When they finally came all 4 had major damage. When we could contact a rep they did nothing to help us. They requested we send them pictures several times which we did and never received new lights or our money back. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SAVELIGHTS!!

Two Fixtures $900 and Refunds

I ordered 2 light fixtures for my house...totaling $900.
It took 6 weeks for me to get this order delivered (via CHINA that I was unaware of )and when I got both of them.. BOTH WERE CRACKED IN A VARIETY OF AREAS.
I called and received no information. from the company.. No return calls or emails.... They would get back to me and they never did. I paid through Pay Pal and thought that would be an answer.
Pay Pal said the company wanted proof that they were damaged.
I sent 6 different photos of these lights and said just refund my money.
That took another 3 weeks.
When I finally called Pay Pal to see what the hold up was on the refund... they said that the company wants me to send the broken lamps back to them
AT MY COST....
I told them I had disposed of these lamps after taking all of the pictures because their were too many pieces and the boxes were huge.
To make a long story short... The company (Whomever owns this) said that since I didn't send them the broken lamps back... they were not issuing a refund.
I own my own business (34 years) and if I ran it like these people do... I'd be out of business within a year!

We are so sorry for all trouble. We got problem with paypal you mean lights broken, we sent you email to contact you show broken picture so that we can check and resend you replacement. Light is fragile, once client reply light is broken, we normally check and resend the replacement to help to solve problem. Since you want to refund, we ask for a return of the broken light, since we stand the postage to ship out the lights, if ask for a refund for item, we need to get the light back to return to the manufacture. Hope you can understand this. Thank you for your review and we will improve our customer service.

kids ceiling light

I have installed the kids ceiling light. It is so amazing!! At first, I just pay attention to its cute and chic appearance in plane shape, after all, for kids room, the beautiful appearance i thought is the key point. After i received the product, it looks very smooth and the blue color are very graceful. So, at night, my kid never be afraid of darkness.

Garbage

Garbage. Do NOT Order from this company. Light was damaged and will not give a return shipping label. Had to contact credit card company to get money back.

I ordered a light from them after a lot of research online. They best the next best price by $35, shipped quickly, packaged it well to keep it unbroken, and had a customer service rep call me to make sure I received it and everything was good. Would order from them again!

I am cancelling out my previous opinion relative to Savelights.com. I took the lamp shade to a local glass company and the shade is indeed glass, as described. It is a beautiful lamp. My apologies to Savelights.

Don't use this site

Wrong item will be sent. Will not refund. Will not resolve issue. Better off lighting your money on fire.

The refund came from disputing through paypal. Don't waste your time with false advertising on this site
