They worked with me on my appraisal and were honest and clear on their findings, even when I missed some obvious damage that was confirmed by my daughter! Would do business with them again.
Save gadget was far and away the best offer for my old phone. Response was immediate and evaluation was honest and fair. I can’t believe I found them by accident.

Scammers selling bad phones
They have misleading listings and selling barely functional devices that aren't even comparable with what they listed. Do not trust them. Ofc they get to charge 15% restocking fees to line their pockets for their trash listings. Just buy anywhere else

Updated review
I previously gave this company a 1 star review because I felt that I had been cheated, and I was afraid that I was going to be scammed. In a nutshell, I sent SaveGadget my iPad and was quoted $116 and my offer was then adjusted to $10.
After communicating with the company, I see where I was wrong and I have been sent back my iPad. I thought that my iPad was in perfectly good condition, but I forgot that I did have a few cosmetic scratches on my iPad because it is always in the case. I also forgot that my speakers were in fact damaged, an easy thing to overlook or forget because I do not use my iPad to really record or make calls. So from the beginning I gave them the wrong impression of trying to sell my iPad to them in new and pristine condition instead of used.
What I like about this company is that I was given free diagnostic tests on my device, and even though I declined their offer they sent me my device back free of charge with the tracking information provided.
However, what I don’t like is the adjusted offer they offered me. Because I had more than 2 issues wrong with my iPad (3 damaged speakers), they labeled my device as broken and offered me $10 which I believe is unfair and predatory. I believe that they would’ve cheated me out of something good had I accepted their offer. My iPad is a great device and is running smoothly.
SaveGadget, I apologize for my behavior and for my baseless accusations towards you all. I had never used this company before and I thought that you all were going to take my device and run. My apologies and my apologies towards anyone who was misled by my previous review.
I wish you all the best.

Great Customer Service!
The communication was great! We had some hiccups, but it was on my end. I didn't have certain things unlocked. They sent me an email letting me know. They kept me informed via the website dashboard. Out of all of the places online Savgadget gave me the highest amount for my apple watch. I put mint condition and they agreed. I saw in other reviews they didn't give the customers what they were expecting. Well that was not the case for me. They sent me an email letting know me they were sending my payment through paypal. I didn't get the day I was supposed to, but I emailed customer support. Within 30 minutes I received a paypal notification I had money. I would STRONGLY consider going through Savegadget again. I had a very positive experience.

Made an offer for our phone
Made an offer for our phone. Then when it arrived, in the exact state we described, they basically said it's too broken and they can only recycle it. Seems like a big scam.
Edit/update: The company after seeing my review was magically able to get it turned on after a "senior" engineer reviewed it. They've offered me the original money in exchange for removing this negative review. I won't be bribed and will be turning over their emails to Trust pilot
