Bills out fo the blue and no service
So my first experience with SAUR was a bill for 5,417 Euros for water usage for the year of 2024.
They did not 1) recognize that I ]had paid 75 Euros a month the entire time, 2) a 60 Euro credit that they took and did not record.
I have tried to contact them 6 times by phone - no answer, then 8 emails- no response.
And all they do is to give me to a duning agency.
This is a nightmare.
Do we have a choice?
