Unprofessional Behavior & Risky Operations
Loads being assigned without verification, miscommunication with carriers, and false follow-ups. The worst part? They blame others instead of fixing their own flaws. Would NOT recommend working with them.

Just witnessed a terrible situation this broker’s account was linked with multiple pickup frauds. Fake drivers showing up and customer vehicles almost stolen. If someone hadn’t stepped in, it could’ve been a disaster. Be very cautious!

Beware of SafeMile and BUR…

Beware of SafeMile and BUR Transportation they’re working this scheme together! Promised me a 2 day delivery which ended up being 7 days. Minimal communication ONLY when I reached out when daily delivery promises were not met. Claims of truck being broke down 2 hours away. The miles have increased on my car and no explanation was given. I honestly didn’t think I would see my car again!

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! First they said they could be there in time to pick up before the holiday weekend but showed up late. Which would have delayed 3 days but I got ahold of the owner of the dealership to fix that myself. Then they told me 3 days and kept pushing it back. In the morning of the delivery the driver says 3pm instead of 11am. Finally at 4pm the driver tells me he’s 6 hours away dropping off other vehicles. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY VEHICLE. DO NOT TRUST THESE MORONS.

This was the "warned about" experience…

This was the "warned about" experience with shipping a car. No matter how many times Adam, Oliver or Arthur promised a driver was booked and would call me to schedule the pick up after I had a printed confirmation and guarantee of a total tariff fee I was lied to until the day of the scheduled pick up. THEN came the scam I was warned about from so many other shippers. I was told a driver finally committed and that my car could be picked up within one or two hours but it would be another 250 dollars. No deal on my part. The car still sits where it was when I left Florida. I had to hustle to box and ship what was to be inside of the car because of their lies over and over and over again. DO NOT EVER deal with these people. WHAT A SCAM!!!!! I AM STILL FUMING. LIARS. ALL OF THEM . DO NOT DEAL WITH SAFEMILE.

Hire Beware

The only way this experience could have been worse is if the car had been stolen. It took a full week to get from New Jersey to Virginia. They continuously gave a different date for the arrival and all came and went with no delivery. We heard excuse after excuse, when someone actually answered the phone. They hire people with broken down equipment that are constantly stopping for repairs. We actually considered calling the police twice. Safemile never checked to see if we got the car or not, they still haven’t,

Dodged a Bullet

I was given a cross-country quote, accepted, and gave payment info. Carriers were claimed to have been contacted, but I never saw one despite my car being ready, and it became impossible to contact anyone. After a run around, I made the mistake of trying again, and now they wanted additional cash payment to "secure" another carrier. They'll lie and shift the blame onto employees "out of the office", because they think they have you over a barrel. Imagine the scheming and scamming attempted when they have your vehicle in their possession! Big yikes, 3 thumbs down

This company is a straight up scam

This company is a straight up scam. After 4 months of planning our relocation with them, including 3 vehicles and a boat, written quotes, signed agreements and CC info, their prices went from just over $6,000 to almost $9,000 and still climbing. I'm sure they assumed they could pull the bait a switch on us because they didn't think we'd cancel 3 days before our scheduled pick-up. Well we fooled them! Beware of Joseph, Eric, Jimmy and Neru! They're as shady as an old oak tree in mid-summer!

Dear Martin,
We want to clarify that when you initially agreed to our services, it was understood that you would pay a partial amount with your credit card and the remaining balance upon delivery (COD). However, four days before the scheduled pick-up, you requested to change the payment method to full credit card payment.

We informed you that there would be a 5% transaction fee on top of the initially quoted $6,000 if you chose to pay the entire amount via credit card. Unfortunately, you expressed unwillingness to pay this fee and opted to cancel the order.

It's important to note that there were no changes made to the initially agreed-upon price; rather, the discrepancy arose from the change in payment method and associated fees.

We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused and wish you the best in your relocation endeavors.
