Saatchi Art has always been great at customer service. With this most recent purchase, I received a message about a week ago that there were issues in Canada (where the painting was) with the shipping company. I inquired if there weren't any alternatives. Your team allowed as how that was a legitimate question and did their best to move things along. In a few days I was told that the issues had been resolved and within a day or two of that, the painting arrived!

I have purchased an art piece (koi painting) on 5 Jun and it was supposed to be sent out from the origin country on 12 Jun. But it didn’t! After sending a email chasing for my art piece, it was finally sent on 16 Jun 2025. Sadly, the art piece was not an original one as advertised and I was given a replicate. I want to raise a complaint and please compensate me!!
