Your products light sensor is broken and therefore the door does not open automatically and close automatically and you refuse to replace it. I have been emailing for weeks and weeks and you guys keep asking me to try different stuff and do different things. I have done them and they do not work and you still will not replace your product. I absolutely will not be buying this product again Because you and your customer service are absolutely horrible and do not stand behind the quality of your product. I have another one of your older doors the model T 50 and it works absolutely perfectly and now you don’t sell that anymore. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone buying this product because if there is something wrong with it, you will not be able to get any replacement or any assistance.

Our chicken door failed after a firmware update and became unusable and unresponsive. The customer service team has done nothing but play games and request repeated videos showing the same thing and refuses to replace or repair our 2 month old door. Run away

Upon delivery of the Giant Run-Chicken door, it was installed and would never power on or work. After contacting customer support, they asked for videos of inserting the batteries, the door being opened and closed, wiping down the components with an alcohol swab, keeping the batteries out for 24 hours (which is ironic considering this is for an outdoor chicken coop), and most recently another video of the door closing despite the fact this has nothing to do with the door functionality as the unit would never power on. Over the course of a week and countless emails back and fourth, this has continued. Customer Support has in fact provided no support nor have they honored their own warranty policy. I would recommend anyone looking for a door to look at other brands.

The feeder is amazing and replace having to have the kids go out to feed everyday. It has truly given us the opportunity to save so much time while we focus on other chores around the yard. That’s why I give run chicken 5 stars! We also have the automatic run chicken eternal door which gives us no worries of when to let the chickens out are place them back inside the coop. If anyone asked me for any type of information on raising chickens, I would tell them to choose run chicken and there will be no disappointment. Thank you run chicken for making rising our backyard chickens so simple!!!

I have the T80 BT, works great til it doesn’t. Updates have to be over the internet, that’s not helpful since the run isn’t near the house. Took the top off to bring it inside to update and now won’t update or recognize my device. Until they can help with the issue, I have no door. Which, does me no good.

Love these feeders. Especially since the rats love to come around my chicks. Door closes and we don't have to go close up the food. One problem, one of the feeders we have the door gets stuck after a couple of weeks closing and staying open. We have to take a toothbrush and clean the hinges. Then it seems to work perfectly. Just have to remember to brush off the hinges every couple of weeks!

It took me 2weeks at least to get a return. I had responses from several people and all were telling me the same things I had already done . Just frustrated ! Could not get the app to work . The door was useless to me without setting the times I wanted . . Finally after about 3to 4 weeks I finally got a refund . It should not have been that hard !

We have always had the run chicken doors for at least 20 years. We bought four more doors and they are Bluetooth. They canceled the old model and now only have Bluetooth. I do not like that. They don’t have a button on the door to open and close in case an emergency. I do not like that. Bluetooth only works within 30 feet from the coop. Therefore, we cannot see the status of the door. If we were to have to have an app on her phone, we should have access to seeing the status if the door is open or closed at all times we should be able to control the door at all times. The app is nothing but a waste of time and frustration. The app could be used for so much more and it seems to be nothing but a roadblock I am not very pleased with the new doors.

Bought the GIANT Run Chicken for my turkeys (USD $225) It was inconsistent and I couldn’t trust it to close completely because it kept stopping. I tried resetting it many times. I called customer service. Turns out they are in EUROPE so I was outside of customer hours. Been a week and still awaiting a return call.

Bluetooth door appears well constructed and was easy to install. Downsides to us were the short Bluetooth range and the inability to operate the door without the app. Also due to rectangular size hole, unable to mount to open horizontally (not tall enough for chickens)
