It’s a great rug for a great price

It’s a great rug for a great price. The only thing that sucks about it is how it was shipped. I wish it was just folded a couple times and then rolled up and put in a tall skinny box so it would be easier to lay flat, but it was folded and rolled and put into a plastic bag making it have a lot of bumps and folds in the rug. It will eventually lay flat, but it will take a long time. Other than that, I love it

First and Last Time

I ordered from rugs direct for the first and last time. I will never order from rugs direct again or recommend it to anyone I know. Your customer experience needs a lot of work. When you send someone a damaged product, you don’t pass the inconvenience onto the customer, you make it light and easy. You’re responsive, you provide adequate support and compensation to make the situation right. The issue isn’t a single support representative it’s the entire way of dealing with customers. Lesson learned.

This company is a joke when it comes to…

This company is a joke when it comes to resolving issues. I ordered a rug that was delivered to the wrong address at the hands of the company’s shipper of choice. Even with the detailed evidence I have of this they have not refunded me the $500 plus I spent on the rug. Won’t buy from this company again. With the price point of my item insurance should most definitely be offered through route or some other sort of company to offer a better solution to customers in my situation. Buyers be beware of this company and how they do you after you go through something like this.

The product does not match the description, it is not soft at all , texture is very rough , materials look very cheap , does not worth the $1200 , we did not hesitate to return it back right away

it really works

After deciding, the rest was easy. It's a great rug that lights up the whole room. If this was silk and wool and hand woven it would have a different texture and sheen and would sell for at least $40,000, so I'm very grateful for it being what it is and being able to have something so affordable and nice.
