I'd do anything to turn back time and see a different surgeon!

It has been several years of me waiting to fully heal after surgery, hoping the results would somehow get better.
Unfortunately this has not been the case, and I urge you to look for another doctor who has true care for aesthetics as this is what the surgery is lacking.
After my initial surgery, in the first few days, the dissolving stitches which Miss Ali chose to use split apart and tore my nipple. Several years of healing later, and the torn part is now completely white making the nipple appear disfigured.
The nipples are pointing upwards, are two different sizes and have scars from where the stitching was all around the edges.
Due to the split of the nipples, the anchor scar was also huge and had to be revised by Miss Ali, this has now made the bottom of the breast pointed and pulled it out of shape.
I have tried to get in touch regarding the the insurance details to begin tattoo work to restore the colour in my nipples, but it takes weeks, if not months of chasing to a get a response since the old PA left. After finally getting a response, the PA said the tattooist should call the insurers to work out the policy details even though they are not the policy holders which felt so lazy and dismissive.
Similar to the other reviews, after my fat transfer I have been left with deep indents in the backs of my legs.
There are numerous other issues with the aesthetics of the outcome…

Whenever I've tried to raise issues I've been told things are fine, sought other doctor's opinions who have confirmed they are not, and then had to push for them to be rectified. I have recently raised these issues again to see if anything can be done, and told I will have to pay £250 to speak to Miss Ali. To name one of the issues, when querying why the nipples were two different sizes, the email response was ‘they were like that before’. If you’re a doctor who prides yourself on your aesthetic outcomes, surely this should have been raised? It was also not what was discussed during consultations.
When I’ve asked for video calls, she said as I am in another country it won’t work due to time and distance, which is obviously laughable - since when did the time of day or distance affect a zoom call?
Every issue I’ve raised she comes back with an excuse which are so ridiculous it’s blatantly insulting. After the surgery she was constantly saying “your breasts are ruining my portfolio” but upon raising any of the issues mentioned she’s claimed there is nothing wrong.
There is a real lack of care for patients and absolutely no aesthetic outcome.
I am more embarrassed about my appearance than I was before the surgery. I wish I could turn back time! I doubt I’ll be able to get everything rectified without more surgery and I’m so put off having anything else done.
I always wondered why there weren’t photos of results down the line and now I know why! Do NOT make the same mistake as me!

I'm very disheartened by the outcome

I'm very disheartened by the outcome of the surgery I underwent with Miss Ali. I opted for a fat transfer with breast augmentation 2½ years ago due to post-breastfeeding sagging skin. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by uncomfortable comments during the consultation and a realisation that higher pricing doesn't necessarily correlate with skill. Regrettably, I proceeded with the surgery, resulting in deep and very obvious indents in the back of my legs (so deep they show through leggings) and cellulite on my legs, previously nonexistent. I’m too embarrassed to wear shorts or swimwear in public. Miss Ali's response to these concerns was dismissive. The breast augmentation also yielded extremely unsatisfactory results, to the point where I required revision surgery on one of my breasts. The result on both breasts now are formidable to say the least, the fat transfer has left the breast tissue sitting on top creating a double breast on both breasts.
This has left me embarrassed and self-conscious. I encountered difficulties obtaining post-surgery details and felt unsettled by conflicting information. Two years post-revision, another visible implant/surgery issue has occurred prompting a response from Miss Ali's secretary suggesting another consultation for a price or that I could seek another surgeon, which I find dismissive, considering the short amount of time since surgery and initial investment.
I encourage thorough research before choosing a surgeon
