I am writing this review as a deeply upset and traumatized Black woman who experienced one of the most offensive and dehumanizing interactions I’ve ever had with a medical provider.
When I called Royal Medical Center, the representative attempted to verify my name by saying, “M as in monkey.” Let me be clear: there is absolutely no justification for using that word in this context — especially when speaking to a Black customer. It is a known racial slur with a long, painful history, and hearing it used so casually by someone representing a healthcare provider was beyond shocking.
Disturbed and shaken, I called back to report the incident. Instead of receiving support or even basic empathy, the second representative laughed twice while I described what had happened. This response only compounded the trauma. It was humiliating, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of awareness, accountability, or basic human decency.
This experience was not only racist — it was retraumatizing. It raises serious concerns about the cultural competence, training, and integrity of the staff employed by Royal Medical Center. I urge the company to reflect on how such language and reactions can cause real psychological harm. A sincere apology, immediate corrective action, and a full review of employee conduct are not just warranted — they are necessary.
I do not recommend this facility to anyone who expects to be treated with dignity and respect.

Just finishing 5 months on a peptide blend, one month to go, then taking a month off before repeating. Royal Medical has been fantastic!!!!!! Dane, who works the front desk is a great person, very friendly, caring. Answers all my questions and makes me feel that I'm in very good hands. Met with Dr Rodriguez in person, very friendly, informative doctor. When it came time for reorders, the staff kept in constant touch w me, provided tracking info along we accurate online billing to my CC. Pharmacy shipped overnight via FEDEX, package arrived on time and in great shape. I will be using Royal Medical for a long time!!! 72yrs old, best shape of my life. Thank you!!!!!!

With all my emails to Ashley throughout the day she never once left me out of the loop. I have not experienced customer service like this in a while: AWESOME. Shipped quickly and arrived without an issue. I can't say enough positive things that I have experienced with Royal Medical Center. If you don't choose them; you're on your own.

I have been double charged, and they have left medication that i have been charged for out of the shipping package and actually asked me to send them a photo of what i did not receive, there has been zero customer service in my attempts to resolve the matter. I had phoned in an order, got charged for it, i believe i was told it would come out in my next scheduled shipment and it was not included, i notified them in an email and i was told the shipment had arrived, it did but did not include my pills. i emailed multiple times but kept getting the same response. so now they are up 100$ on me and they have a disgruntled ex client. There was no attempt at helping me figure out what happened, zero customer service. They made zero effort to communicate. When I said I did not receive the pills. They jumped all over proof of delivery of the package, that I never denied, I was persistent and very clear I did not receive the pills, they never offered proof that the pills were in the package, they put that on me. For God's sake it was for generic Viagra, I was checking the front door 3 times a day looking for them. Yeah 3 times a day, I got the test on the 4th but no Viagra, RMM never communicated with me as to what happened or why am I claiming this, they just continually rammed it in my face that they have been sent and I negated that claim very clearly, ZERO effort on their part. And that is why I cancelled my services with them, and after doing a Google search on Royal Medical Center I have screen alot of complaints about their customer services and not being professional. If you decide to use them you have now been foretold what might happen. Proceed at your own risk. I am out

Month 3 since starting my TRT therapy. The process has been easy, Royal and their team are very responsive, always able to get ahold of them if I have a question. I’m 45 years old, retired military, still hit the gym 3-4 days a week, very active, and at the start I was 225lbs and my testosterone was 443 based on the blood work, not bad, but I was always tired, couldn’t drop the spare tire around my waste, struggling to build muscle, sleep habit issues. My prescribed TRT is 1 injection (self given) a week (was weird to do the first time, but it’s easy now) and 2 pills a week for estrogen blocking and natural T help. I give blood every 2 weeks to keep the red cell count down, Royal will provide a prescription. My T level is now over 1500, I’ve lost about 15 lbs and really starting to see change. Energy and sex drive is skyrocketing, starting to see the body changes with consistent diet, exercise and the TRT boost. Less fatigue, less muscle soreness, sleeping better and love life has came alive!! A little aggressiveness at times, but that’s expected to have T levels this high, I haven’t felt this good since I was in my late 20’s. I talked to a few companies before going with Royal, they have been around for a while and aren’t gimmicky, flat cost from start to finish, no hidden charges, etc. You will be billed for 2 months at time FYI, and ask about any special deals when calling. A lot of companies have jumped on the TRT train (Hims, Maximus) but some are way overpriced, and seem a bit fly by night. Best of luck on your journey, but TRT will change your life!

The staff at this company lacks professionalism. From customer service to providers, everyone seems rushed and inattentive. They ask questions but don’t allow time for answers. Furthermore, they don’t provide solutions; instead, they aim to retain permanent customers who keep paying. I informed them that my test level was already 768 and that I only needed one prescription to reach 800. Unfortunately, their practices feel like a scam, driven by impatience and greed. Additionally, I had a consultation scheduled for 3 PM, but they called me at 2:50 PM to say no one was available and rescheduled for the next day. Interestingly, if a customer misses an appointment, they charge an extra $40, but when they reschedule, there’s no compensation. Overall, it was a very negative experience, and I won’t do business with this company again."1

I switched to Royal 2 years ago from another provider. It took a while to get lined out due the changes in medications. At one time, testosterone levels were unmeasurable in excess of 1500. It appears this caused a dramatic rise in PSA and started a journey into the world of Prostate Cancer protocols and diagnostics. When discussing this with Dr Hill, he was unconcerned because he stated unequivocally that testosterone does not cause prostate cancer. I discontinued TRT temporarily. After researching and considering the professional opinion of Dr Hill, I decided to resume TRT. However, they refuse to resume without a release from another doctor without stating why.
They support the idea that testosterone does not cause cancer, however they do not stand behind it.
BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS OF A COMPANY THAT WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR TREATMENTS!!

The medical care I received was top-notch, and I felt confident knowing that I was in good hands throughout the entire process.
