Not the best at all …
Started this transaction with agent Aidan on March 16th to transport my car from Vegas to Orlando. Everything seemed smooth and even helped me without issues to update the required information. Nevertheless, they got a driver last minute on a two days difference from the originally agreed pick up time. Also delivered delayed on May 8th. On top of it the final cash price at delivery changed from 800 to 950, because it was the decision of the carrier.
Absolutely shameful, not just because of the money but the inconsistencies in the communication and clarity on prices. Aidan washed his hands when I refused to pay the 950 and told me to deal with the driver about the delay and the total price.
I have to say the driver kept close communication and shared his location all the time, at the end all I can say is I will never use this company again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The driver did what he was hired for, and explained the delays were due to traffic and unforeseen circumstances. A broker shouldn’t extend a contract until both parties involved agree on price and timing.
Do not make business with this company or their brokers. Unprofessional and liars.

One is order confirmation and second is a dispatch confirmation.
Order confirmation means we are working together.
Dispatch means we are assigning a driver.
Second contract is the final one agreed with you and with the driver.
You know everything we told you about this. But at the end you are rating us 1 star. That is not fair.

I had a bad experience with another company before, so I was very skeptical about this one. Aiden was the person who set up everything on the phone. The price was fair. The truck drivers were very good and professional. They picked up and dropped off my car on the scheduled dates.
