I would give this company a -10 if I could. Bought this shampoo over a year ago. Bought 3 months worth and then cancelled. Today after a year they charged me for more product that I did not authorize. Texted and told them I did not want the product since I cancelled it a year ago. After getting the run around they have agreed to cancel it but will not refund my money. As for as I’m concerned they are scamming me for something I didn’t aurthorize. If you are smart don’t buy this product if you plan at some point to cancel because of any reason. There is nothing sacred as far as they’re concerned.

Don’t waste your money. I wish I had read these reviews first. I ordered the shampoo and conditioner, then read these reviews and tried to cancel the order within minutes of ordering. They refused to cancel the order even though the order had not yet been processed. Eventually the products arrived and they do not live up to the hype. There’s is zero scent of rose or anything else, my hair is lank greasy and lifeless, and tangles and breaks very easily, despite persisting with the products for 2 months. Total waste of money and poor customer service.

I bought Routine shampoo and conditioner in good faith after doing my research and reading positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. After using the products as directed, my hair became thinner than ever. I contacted the company and was told I needed to use the product for at least a month to see results.

I followed their instructions and waited the full month, but saw no improvement. When I reached out again, I was told I wasn't eligible for a refund because I was now past the 30-day window. It feels like a complete scam — no results, no accountability, and no customer support. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this product to anyone.

This shampoo & conditioner does not work for thinning hair.
I have used it for over a month now and no results. I contacted the company for my money back but they declined saying I was over the month in using it.
It also dryer my hair out and it felt very strawrey.

Finally an app that gets it. Simple & elegant. It just does a few things well. There a still a few bugs, sometimes a bit slow on iOS. But the team is working on making it local-first which I believe will speed things up. Can’t say anything bad even though it is not perfect because it is really close.

I’ve been using Routine for the past 4 years. Even though I started using it as a simple replacement and combination of Things 3, Apple Notes and my calendars. I am now starting to see where Routine is going as an all-in-one, unified work operating system.

Routine is the only app that allows me to feel calm and in control. It pulls in data from various tools and gives me one beautiful interface to think and plan. I’ve recommended it to my whole team. We will be switching the whole organization to it once they launch collaboration.

I used to use Google Calendar, Apple Notes and Trello. I’ve replaced them all with Routine. It syncs across my Apple and Google devices. Waiting for more integrations but it seems to be next on the roadmap.
