The finish on the sides of the case are too smooth making it difficult to hold. I finally used a knife to make a cross hatch pattern on the sides, that helped some. I previously had a "PunkCase" brand for an earlier phone and the materiel was much easier to hold. Thanks for listening.

One side note - my caae was purchased thru Amazon Prime..upon contacting Rome through the Amazon product link, it directed me to another Rome Tech company- they did not reply, because it was an Auto Repair shop in NY...Amazon had the incorrect link posted! Suggest getting with Amazon to fix that for future.

Deceptive or inaccurate content beware.
While searching for replacement CMOS battery for an HP slice, one of the first results was from rometechcases.com and the listing immediately struck me as bad due to the $11 price tag for a maximally $1 battery. The listing indicates the battery is "Lithium-ion", which is a rechargeable chemistry, when CMOS batteries, including this one, are Lithium-manganese dioxide (LiMn02), a non-rechargeable chemistry. They also claim the battery has a "ABS and polycarbonate shell", which is also false as it is simply heat shrink tubing. All of this could lead a customer to believe the product they are selling is somehow different and better than the exact same thing sold anywhere else, which it is not.
Based on this listing, I believe the people at Rome Tech Cases are either uninformed about what they are selling, too lazy to be accurate, or malicious and misleading with false claims and unreasonably high prices, and I would have to wonder about how broad this issue is across their business.
Update: They also have now doubled down on false information. No recent consumer device on the market uses a rechargeable cr2032 CMOS battery. Additionally, regardless that such batteries technically exist, their suggestion that the battery type is correct for the specific product I mentioned also continues to be incorrect.
