Bad return policy. Only shop online if you are certain of what you are purchasing. After doing research I read Rollies are good with orthotics. Purchased some white sneakers and 100% don't work with orthotics (i bought the next size up but the toe box is so tight). Now my only choice is to exchange them for the same shoe in a different size. Literally no other option. They weren't cheap either. The fact that I couldn't find stockists either to try them on, had to take a chance and it bit me in the butt. Shit experience, would never reccommend.

I’m on my fourth style of Rollies, but I made a mistake with size on my last pair.
The customer service couldn’t have been more helpful and went to great lengths to track down my order and help organise the return. My new pair arrived exactly a week after I’d posted the original pair back to them, and that was to the Sunny Coast, Qld.
I’m extremely happy. The shoes look and feel great.
I can’t wait to wear them

Ordered on Wednesday morning and they were delivered by midday Thursday - super-fast shipping within Melbourne and outer Melb. suburbs.

Quality of Rollies is great, they are lightweight and comfy and super stylish.

I've got two pairs of Rollies, the Derby and the Weekender. These shoes are going everywhere with me!!! They are super comfy, and they are worth every cent!

We need a wide fit!
I love my 2 pairs of Rollies, and would own many, many more, but the fit is too narrow for wide-footed creatures like me. My feet are 10cm across at the ball of the foot, and my Rollies are only 9cm, which makes them no longer an option now I'm over 35 :D There are very few cute shoe options for those of us with wide feet, and this would be a great addition to the Rollie market.
