Great bike! Definitely recommended!
We got the Emma 3.0 ebike. Putting it together was s little bit of a pain, but we got it done. It rides great! We got a bunch of accessories, like the cup holder, side mirrors, 2 person seat, bike lock, and the phone holder. We've got Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phones so they're kind of on the large side, but the phone holder works great! You can also adjust the sides if your phone is smaller. Overall I would highly recommend this bike. I sold my car and got this and haven't regretted it!

My experience my first Emma 3.0 was so good that I bought another one!
Before purchasing my first Emma 3.0 last August I did a lot of research on many brands of eBikes and other peoples experiences with them, and the RollRoad brand. I am a bit "old school" (Boomer) when it comes to chat and social media, and would normally rather talk to someone directly on the phone, but actually was pleasantly surprised when I began a chat with the nice folks at RollRoad. I had many questions for them about the Emma's performance and specs., and no matter what time of day that I contacted them, I had a detailed reply from an intelligent person on the other end in minutes. I now have several hundred miles on my Emma, and still love it. So much so, that I just purchased a second Emma 3.0 for my wife. Again, the customer service and communication with RollRoad was outstanding, prior to, during the purchase process, and then tracking shipping. My wife and I have now been out on several rides in the very mountainous area of Pennsylvania where we live and both bikes perform extremely well for us. Though, I have to say that I am a bit jealous of her new Emma 3.0 having a slightly upgraded controller and tweaks in it that gives her bike a bit better climbing power on the steep hills that we ride. RollRoad continues to innovate and improve upon their already solid and proven design. I can't wait to see what they come out with next. Dual motors maybe?

6 months 2500 miles and still going strong
I've had my Emma 3.0 for a little over 6 months now, ridden 2500 miles and i couldn't be happier with this bike. Everything has held up very well and the batteries are still going strong just like they were on day one and i constantly ride 35 mph and run them both down to as low as 20 percent sometimes in a single trip. As long as you keep them charged up as soon as your done riding they retain their power. The suspension is phenomenal and works just as good with a passenger. Not only is the bike one of the best but the customer service is hands down THE BEST of any company I've ever worked with. They respond fast, are very informative and helpful, and when i had a broken part they sent me a new one . In all i give this bike 5 stars. The one and only thing i think could be better are the headlights, as they aren't very bright even with the high beams on. But that's an easy fix.

Our New Favorite Way to Get Around the City
I’ve had the Emma 3.0 for over a month now and it's been so fun and practical for city life. It’s super comfy to ride and has become our go-to way to commute, run errands, or just explore new neighborhoods.
One of the best parts is that my fiancée often hops on the back with me. It’s surprisingly comfortable for two people, and we’ve taken it to restaurants, parks, and all over town, never having to worry about parking (Still waiting on someone to take a photo of us riding it together!)
The battery life is great, I’ve put nearly 150 miles on it so far and rarely worry about charging. The built-in lights are bright enough that I feel safe riding at night.
Customer service from Roll Road has been top-notch. They were super responsive when I had questions while ordering and helped me out a lot during the at-home assembly.
All in all this bike rules. It’s made city living a lot more fun and way more convenient. Can’t recommend it enough!

After more than a month of searching I found the Emma 3.0 from Roll Road
I really wanted an ebike with 100 miles of range and a passenger seat along with some style. I need some hill climbing power and long term reliability too. The Emma 3.0 delivers all of that along with style. This ebike has some impressive specs. High end specs. Super easy to put the first 100 miles on it. Assembly was easy did it myself. Customer service is excellent, along with plenty of guides on the Roll Road youtube channel. Truly a pleasure doing business with Roll Road.

Ebike for the tall guy
It’s not easy finding an E-bike for someone as tall as me (I’m 6.5ft). This bike is so much fun, powerful enough to move me comfortably, and feels incredibly safe with the big tyres and proper brakes. I’d highly recommend!

Wow! The bike is absolutely incredible and gets many comments and compliments from those around us. The bike rides smooth and does pretty much anything you want to. The absolute best
Everything from the purchasing experience down to the shipment, customer service, assembly and riding experience, everything about Roll-Road and the Emma 3.0 has been amazing. Customer support reached out via text moments after purchase after noticing I purchased duplicate items. They fixed the issue and had the bike shipped to me within a few days. The minor assembly required was easy - all the tools and parts are included with the shipment and instruction videos are available online. I can’t say enough good things about this company and about the Emma 3.0. I’m a big guy (350lbs) and me and my 9yo grandson cruise around without any issues. Thanks Roll-Road!

What a fun ebike
What a fun ebike - definitely living up to all I've read & seen online. Very intuitive controls & great battery range! Very flexible speed setup depending on where I want to ride - road, off-road, wherever. (As weather warms I plan to commute on roads every chance I get.)
A representative followed up with me upon delivery and was available for questions- I understand this is regular practice. I appreciated messaging back and forth - very good customer service. Questions answered quickly by a real person. Loving my Emma 3.0!

Amazing customer service I had a…
Amazing customer service I had a throttle that wasn't working and received an answer to my text messages with in minutes of sending it. Chloe helped me diagnosis the problem and immediately sent out a replacement. Chloe let me know when it was being sent out and the day I received it she texted me to make sure it fixed the problem. Chloe answered all text messages no matter the time of day. The bike is amazing the ride is so smooth the suspension is awesome. The battery life is outstanding.

Above and beyond customer service from Roll Road. The support is outstanding over text or email from my experience. The Emma 3.0 is very good, and aside from trying to figure out how to install the passenger footpegs, putting it together was straightforward. This has been an excellent experience from our first ebike and we will heavily consider Roll Road models in future purchases.

Very pleased!
I did a lot of research on a lot of these style of bikes and kept coming back to the Emma 3.
Comfort (I am 71), the distance factor and the power were all factors important to me.
I travel mostly country roads, gravel roads, fire lanes and logging trails. This bike definitely fits the bill.
This style of bike is heavy but the Emma3 is very well balanced and easy to handle for the weight.
Looking forward to an exciting summer of exploring the trails this summer.
Also, as a side note the company is super responsive!
