The owner/manager is the biggest dick. If you aren’t planning on being 100% sure on if you are buying anything, they won’t help you. This place is a disgrace with the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Owner got defensive when I gave him feedback and told me to not let the door hit me in ass.

Better than ever expected
My son and I walked in yesterday with a snow board that needed bindings, and a newly purchased snow board that needed fitting. We started off with a fresh wax and board grind to tighten up the edges of the snowboard. Matt, in the maintenance shop was open to letting us watch him, in order for us to see how he was creating sharp edges for the board He gave a birds eye view as to how he used hot wax to ensure a smooth ride for our upcoming trip. We arrived when the store opened and were lucky enough to get some one on one lessons in good gear preventative care. Matt, many thanks! Now, onto the bindings and fitting. If you need your gear set up with care and crazy good knowledge, find Keith. Guy was stinking awesome! He's about 5'10", red hair in a pony tail, and you better catch him, because he doesn't stop moving. He makes it happen. Keith spent time with my son, showing him how to mount fittings as well as how to adjust them or tighten them as necessary. Also asked "how" do you ride (dominate foot back or forward) , as he adjusted the gear accordingly. Keith walked my son through boot fittings and how to know when the "shoe fits" as it relates to snowboarding. He knew more than we might be able to retain, but I certainly felt like he would be more than happy to help us out at any time should we have more questions. The store selection is plentiful and the atmosphere is inviting. Ever had one of those experiences that was better than you could've hoped for and frankly never saw it coming? Yep...that was our Saturday morning. Good times! See you all again soon and thank you once again.

Joel Poor Work
Stay away from a guy named Joel that will sling patio furniture on the side. He is very difficult to work with. Very set in his ways and not willing to help. He informed me that I ordered the wrong sling for the type of chair that I had but said it would work. He did a horrible job. Now my chairs are loose as if I had the slings for years. This guy is so cut throat. He should have recommended we return the slings for the proper slings. Also let me add, when he arrived to do the job, he was not 100% prepared with equipment and had to re-schedule a second time to complete the job. He would not go get the equipment needed and come back, he complained about the traffic. Let's inconvenience the paying customer so you do not have to deal with traffic. After I called him to complain about his poor work, he said you can pay another $300 plus dollars to get the right slings. Nice guy!

I got a call from customer service to kindly verify the purchase and my phone number. After three days, my new ski pants were delivered free of charge in Washington State.
I’m 5’10”, 182lbs., and ordered The North Face Freedom ski pants in size medium, regular length, and they fit perfect. I’ve skied twice and they performed great at -17 Celsius or 1.4 Fahrenheit.

I needed an entire ski gear outfit for a very short-notice upcoming ski trip.
I have never been skiing before so I had absolutely NO IDEA what I needed for the trip .. and even what sizes I needed for that matter! Chris walked me through everything I would need, gave me excellent recommendations while explaining everything to me along the way, so I could make a proper & informed choice. He himself even went and pulled some items off the shelves for me.. and made sure that my package was expedited in time to receive all my ski gear in time for my trip...
THANK YOU Chris for doing all you did so I can be properly dressed & all geared up in time for my trip.. and so I can stay WARM!!
