I ordered a discontinued powerfoil…

I ordered a discontinued powerfoil kite. They kindly offered a kite which actually cost more than the kite I ordered. It was shipped and made it to my house in three days. I had the powerfoil kite in the air 30 minutes after it arrived. Awesome experience, Rocky Mountain Flag Co. is top notch!

Customer service was impeccable. I was first informed that the flag I ordered was not available. Within hours, I received a second email stating they had contacted a supplier and they were able to make and ship the flag to me. 5 stars to Shelley.

Awesomeness

The company is great. There was a mishap with my credit card. Shelley called me and was very polite and kind. We found what the issue was corrected it and she had my flag out that same day. Very great customer service great flags by any of your flags here. They’re also made in the USA.

Dear Craig,

I apologize for the oversight on our website. We tried to keep up with all the changes that our manufacturer offers but the changes are endless. Inventory and designs seem to change daily with our licensee and we don't always get notifications when a product sells out or becomes inactive.
