I paid for 2nd day air delivery and…
I paid for 2nd day air delivery and because there was a change in the medication the order shipped later than usual and my 2nd day air delivery turned into 5 days due to the 4th of July and the weekend. I was hoping to receive my order BEFORE the weekend as I was going out of town. When I called Rocket RX the person I spoke with never sympathized nor empathized and certainly NEVER offered any solutions except to pass me off to FedEx. When I called FedEx, who were not much better if not worse in this instance, only to have them tell me that they were instructed byRocket RX not to deliver to me until after the weekend. I had to make at least 10 phone calls trying to work something out only tobe passed around and ultimately lied to by FedEx in the end. Given the time sensitive nature of this medicine, I would think that somehow some way, someone would reach out to the customer to inform them that there order wouldn't be delivered on time and possibly discuss changing their order to an overnight delivery or even pay for a weekend delivery. All I was offered by the representative at Rocket RX was reasons why they were justified in handling the situation the way they did and telling me to call FedEx, while fighting back her anger. I would have rated this 1 star, but everyone has bad days and every other interaction has been much smoother. But this makes me want to search other providers. So...2 stars.

I placed an order, my money was taken from my account. 8 days later my order had not arrived. I contacted via email and was told my photo id's and selfie were not accepted, BUT MY PAYMENT WAS hmmm. Not once did rocketrx let me know why my order was delayed even after accepting payment.
