I only have good things to say about this company. I haven't experienced customer like this in Spain. Reminds me of the best companies in the US, where the customer is king. Super easy installation, quick software install, and up to 1.3kwh with 4 panels. Brilliant.

Delivery was a bit complicated, but that's because of where I live. We got there eventally though and this isn't a review about the courier.
So basically, I pre-ordered a solar kit plus, which gives a theoretical max of 1800W in my case (4 panels).

Assembly is pretty straighforward but when I looked at the ratings plate it shows a max of 800W and 4A. I voiced my concern about this in the Whatsapp chat and was reassured that I basically need to ignore that.

Anyway, having set two panels up, I am seeing 800W when the suns out strong. So that will give the best part of 1600W, enough to power the aircon unit (which was the aim) and probably the fridge, TV and computer too, when I've installed the other two.
Of course, you're not going to get those numbers all the time, but they are pretty much exactly what I expected and I can definitely recommend the hardware.

I had a million questions to ask and the chap I was chatting too answered everything and demonstrated great patience. He was great and thanks for that.

And then, technical support phoned me this morning to see how I was getting on, because he'd been following our Whatsapp chat.
So the service and backup is excellent too.

The only thing I can't profess to be totally happy about is Tsuns' terrible app. As much as I've spent hours trying to get it to work, I just can't. It takes about 5 or 6 attempts to log in, is glacially slow, doesn't remember the plant you've just configured and worst of all, the front page that's supposed to show quickly, how many Watts you're getting just doesn't work. I can see all the data when I use the logger, so it's definitely not a wifi problem.
Frankly, it's absolute junk for me, so it's back to the drawing board for the app, Tsun, I'm afraid.
It's no big deal though for me, because as long as I can see the data somehow, I'm happy.

Overall 5 out of 5 and I'd happily use them again. In fact I think I soon will be as I'm going to need some more extension leads.

Overall experience was pretty good with a package that made sense, good videos explaining how to set everything up and follow up over whatsapp to confirm everything was going as expected.

The delivery was on the promised date but not complete. The issue was quickly and friendly resolved via WhatsApp. The missing materials were delivered again promptly. Quality and price seems to be excellent.

I added a couple of Anker Solarbank Battery's to my system, all has been working as expected, it took me a couple of days to observe how the software worked in order for me to adjust the settings for my home use. I will probably need to do this a a few times a year depending on daytime hours and the electric contract I have selected.
