Not great!
Candidy, I felt like there was a tremendous lack of communication. The time in which it took to decide if my claim would be covered put me and my family in discomfort, and even danger at one point. I do not understand why the treatment was this way, or why my experience couldn't even garnish a response from simple inquiries, but I was highly disappointed with the experience over all.
