Don’t Throw It Out – Contact the Manufacturer First

I’ve been a loyal user of Andrew James ovens for over three years and have owned two of their Halogen models. When my oven bulb broke, I reached out hoping to repair it. Unfortunately, sourcing a compatible replacement bulb online was quite difficult because most do not include the necessary white Molex coupler connector, which complicates repairs.

Nicole from customer support was incredibly helpful and arranged to send out a replacement bulb free of charge. Although it was very well packaged, it arrived with a small crack. I got back in touch, and the RKW team kindly sent out another bulb, again free of charge, which I’ve now received, tested, and am pleased to say is working perfectly in the Andrew James oven.

I’m very thankful for the excellent customer service I received. I hope this review encourages others not to simply throw out faulty items but to contact the manufacturer, as you might be pleasantly surprised by the help available.

Thank you again to Nicole and the team for your assistance.

Absolutely desperate company

Absolutely desperate company. I bought earphones from a local shop in Ireland, which had a warranty that lasted until 2025. However, hidden in the terms and conditions was a clause that you cannot be refunded after the first year. You only get a replacement. Avoid Akai products registered to this company! Don't make the mistake I did.

My earphones stopped working completely and I can't get a refund, only a replacement.
