In my opinion their Web page is very misleading.

In my opinion their Web page is on the line on false advertising. It says in capitalized letters FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ONLINE ORDERS OVER $150. I tried to place an order for over $1,300 on line and they kept trying to charge me $75. Made a call and was told that the item I was trying to buy was on sale so it was no longer eligible for free shipping. Also was told that items that required large packaging are not eligible for free shipping. When I pointed this out I was informed that you need to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on terms and conditions, then scroll down on that page to read the fine print. Where's the integrity in that? A bunch of smoke and mirrors. Very disappointed in their tactics.

Great selection & delivery

I just discovered Trust Pilot so I am posting my experiences - good and bad - for others to see.

I ordered some Waveblaster parts last week and they are already here. Packaging is better than any other PWC parts company I have ordered from. You would think they were shipping eggs. This is awesome! 5 Stars to Riva.
