No communication. After waiting a few days (more than the days stated on the website) I still had not received an update on my order. I emailed the company and never received a response. Shipping took over 3 weeks.

I have not received my items yet, however I’m rating them based on my experience so far. After I received a order confirmation, I tried to reach them after 8 days of no updates on shipping. I tried their online chat and email, but did not get any response. 10 days after the order was placed, I received an email with shipping confirmation. They need to heavily improve on customer service.

Considering I ordered it almost 2 weeks ago and still don't have it, I'd say you haven't performed well. No mention that this was coming from China and to expect such a long delay. Not happy at the moment with no product.

I have been shopping with you for around six years now, and you do have a very good product, none of your watch bands have failed on me as yet. Also your delivery comes very quickly, especially coming from Asia. Even though, I did not get The extra watch band as promise. It is still showing on your web site, "Buy Two, and get one free".

The quality of the product is incredible, especially for the price. The problem was with communication and shipping. They did not send out a shipping notification, I reached out on socials media they took forever to respond. I get the feeling it's a small operation. They offered me 50% off my next order for the trouble. I do recommend

It's been a month and a half since I ordered the watch straps and they never arrived. I emailed customer service three times over the month to have them provide an update. They never responded. I've bought from Ritche in the past and never had this issue.

After I placed an order, no shipping information and no product. After couple of tries to contact the company (e-mail and company's web page) no response was recieved. Had to open case through my Credit Card. I received merchandise in the end. One suggestion to the seller: please inform customers about holidays or any other events that will delay shipping!

Product is good easy to install and seems like good quality. Only issue is how long it takes to get delivered.

Hard to say. Ordered a watch band on November the 28th. Still haven't received it yet. Customer service on checking on the order is ridiculous.

If I ever receive the order I will let you know.
