wouldn't accept valid credit card number
On line application kept saying "credit card information invalid." After trying two credit cards I use all the time I finally said "f,,, it" and pressed confirm anyway.

Their website does not say anything about how late fees are calculated and that we were told that these fees could only be paid in cash.
We were delayed 2 days in our return due to airline issues and were charged extra days and a late fee. We asked for a receipt and were given a hand written piece of paper with no explanation of how these fees were calculated. And luckily we had the cash. Not sure what would have happened if the fees were more since the charges were all of the cash we had on hand.
