I ordered a helmet from Ridley's cycle. There was a bit of a snafu with shipping and unfortunately the package got lost. I reached out to customer service, they took care of it promptly and offered to either refund or replace the item. I chose the latter and when I received it, the product was very carefully package. Communication was great, this was my first order with them, but I will be a repeat customer.
