I bought the flexor junior to try for my program. The box says they are for a maximum of 40kg. A friend says that’s a bad translation and it should be a minimum of 40. Can you let me know? It’s also a weird weight limit. It will be hard to determine if lesson riders are over or under: It will certainly help if I understand the weight limit so I can at least choose which saddle to put them on.

Great experience

Worked with Jasmine on vests and helmets. She was very helpful and tried lots of options to make sure what I was purchasing would work for me. She was cognizant about budget also and did her best to try cost cutting items without losing quality. I drove 2.5 hours to visit in store. It was worth the trip.

disappointed…

I have to admit that I’m disappointed in the week-long delivery time. I have signed up for a Hunter Clinic which requires a protective vest and the one I’ve ordered will now arrive too late for my use.

Hi Shannon, I believe that the greater disappointment is ours that you chose to shift the blame for your planning to us. You ordered your vest on Saturday, May 10. We packaged the vest and printed a lanel on Sunday May 11 and it was picked up by UPS on Monday the 12th (UPS doesn't pick up on the weekends).

We are based in North Carolina. You live in Canada. Short of a personal delivery service, we're unsure what your expectation was for delivery timeline. You certainly did not reach out at any point to inquire about when to expect delivery, although when we printed a label you would have received an email notification giving you an estimate, along with multiple subsequent emails about the shipment's progress.

You may have also noticed that we are in the midst of a trade war, and given that you made an international purchase, perhaps should have planned for a potential delay in a shipment clearing customs as a result - none of which we control.

We're not really sure how a package that shipped within 24 hours of you ordering it has resulted in your "disappointment." However, we are grateful to have met and even exceeded the expectations of our thousands of customers that have reasonable expectations and plan ahead appropriately.

You placed your order on March 24th at 8:42 pm for a product that clearly states it takes 6-8 weeks for delivery, as it is manufactured to order for us in Europe. The helmet was delivered on April 11th, far in advance of the delivery estimate. The items were delivered to the address that you communicated to us, which you actually requested to have changed on several occasions. I'm so glad we were able to delivery your items in just 3 weeks rather than the 6-8 weeks originally quoted.
