1 Star - Warranty Not Honored - No Replacement Provided
I purchased a RHYTHM FUN treadmill in May 2024. It completely broke in May 2025 - just three
days before the 1-year warranty expired. The motor failed and gave off a strong burning smell caught fire.
I contacted Rhythm Fun multiple times (May 22, May 26, June 2, June 7-8, and again on June 14
and 15). I received one reply offering only a 30% refund, even though the product failed within the
warranty period. I have provided clear documentation, but they have refused to send a replacement
or fully honor the warranty.
I also escalated the issue to Amazon. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and
will not be purchasing from this seller again. If you value reliable support, look elsewhere.
