Do not waste your money

Do not waste your money. They have taken my money and have not provided me with a service I requested. They are unhelpful and not willing to return my money. I spoke to Julie Sutherland and she lied saying she doesn’t know Gary mark fredson who is the company director. When called back again and was firm with her she then said she will speak to Gary. They are liars. Keeping making false promises that the issue willl be resolved but it’s their tactic to prolong the whole experience. Issue still not resolved.

One of the biggest mistakes I've made…

One of the biggest mistakes I've made is allowing RHIenergysavings to sell and install their airsource system. It is so expensive to run we have purchased heat fans. It is now only used for hot water. The whole experience has been so stressful and being fobbed off by RHI is humiliating. We spent £14000 on this system and now actively looking to have our oil boiler refitted.
