They sent me a tooth that looked like a child’s tooth they say free adjustments but they asked me for $100 before they even looked at it. It’s been almost 2 months and I still don’t have a partial. I returned it and received an email saying basically what they seem to tell othe customers and still asking for $100. I feel like there should be a lawsuit for false advertising.

Was very skeptical at first about getting this online but everything came so quick taking my impressions was pretty easy and I got my denture in a few weeks saved a few hundred bucks too.

They gladly take your money, and give you crap in return.
I had 5 teeth I needed to replace. I paid for and did an impression for all 5. What they sent back was a denture with 3 teeth and it didn't fit correctly. I was unable to close my jaw all the way and it was super uncomfortable to wear. When I reached out to them they gave me the standard, bite down on a blue thing to make marks and send it back to use and we'll make edits and we'll look into why only 3 teeth were included on the partial. Whelp, the denture they sent back still only had 3 teeth and still fit just as poorly as the first time. I reached out to ask about a refund and was told they won't give me one. They'll gladly take your money, but hand you crap in return. DO NOT BUY! $500 wasted!

I left a review on May 7, 2025. They will definitely take your hard earned money. They did send me a partial. But not the one I ordered. If you call them they will answer the first couple of times. Then after that. They won't respond to emails or answer the phone. I had to send back the partial more then once and the last time they repackaged the same on and sent it back to me. They had me us a blue Impression thing and send back the partial. A couple of weeks later they sent me the exact same partial repackaged in a new little bag with the same blue markings. This is how they make there money they scam people. THIS IS BS. That is false. Y'all will not send me what I ordered y'all keep resending the wrong partial.

Can’t get a response
I received my partial denture on April 15th and it didn’t fit. No problem, things happen. I emailed them to let them know and they emailed me back with instructions. I’ve emailed them all week with pictures that were requested and asked for a response back and haven’t gotten one. For almost $500, it would be nice to know what’s going on with my order or send me a refund if you can’t do it for some reason.
