Working with Clayton has been one of the best choices I've made for my fitness journey

When I started working out with him, I wasn't really sure what to expect - but I ended up with a knowledgeable coach who pushes me, stays patient, and is always supportive. In short: the perfect mix of coach and cheerleader.

Our one-on-one sessions are productive but relaxed. I never feel intimidated or judged, and he makes it easy to stay disciplined and consistent. I really appreciate how he personalizes every workout and meal and explains everything in a way that actually makes sense to me.

Highly recommended for anyone ready to start their own fitness journey without any of the fear or pressure when going to a gym!

Seeing results I have been striving for

I am seeing results that I haven't been able to achieve by myself for a long time and the program is easy to follow!

I really like the plan that was set for me and the feedback. The plan holds me accountable and documenting is "my thing" so logging everything is so helpful. At the check ins Clayton has made me feel good, even when I didn't do great that week, and then adding a little step more, which makes me strive to accomplish more

Highly recommend
