I sent an email to RetrieverWorx.com. I hope to get a response from them. I sent a picture of the part I would like to receive and a picture of the prong collar that is vastly different from the picture and description of the collar I ordered. I have never seen a Herm-Sprenger collar that looks like the collar sent to me. I hope this company sends me the part I need to make this a symmetric collar as described and pictured.

A little research into bumper hygiene led to the unpleasant discovery of what most other bumpers are made of. Ugh. Our first order just arrived. Codex seems to like how they feel. I am greatly relieved to know I’m not poisoning her on every blind!

To be honest
To be honest, before I didn't even think about how important it was to have a reliable outfit and gear for walking and exercising with my dog. But when Retrieverworx came into our lives, a lot of things changed. It's not just a brand - it feels like someone actually thought about me and my dog.
I have a golden retriever - kind, active, very smart. And like many owners of large and energetic breeds, I've always had a question: how can we make our walks and training sessions comfortable, safe and yet stylish? Retrieverworx has proven to be a real eye-opener.
The first thing that picks up is the quality. The materials are durable, you can feel that the thing will not fall apart after a couple of weeks of use. Harnesses, leashes, dummies for opportunizing - everything is thought out to the last detail. Sturdy carabiners, comfortable handles, ease of use - and yet everything looks neat, stylish, nothing superfluous. It doesn't look “technical” but it still works 100%.
I really liked their approach to design. The colors are understated, but modern. No screaming neon aesthetics - just taste and practicality. I was especially pleased with the waterproof and dirt-repellent fabric. In the fall and spring, it's just a salvation!
