I made a purchase on July 10th, and I canceled it that same day because I found the same service at half price from another company. They said it would take 10 days to refund me, and a month later I haven't received the money. They don't have an established customer service team. Be careful with your money.

I accidentally threw away my $1600…
I accidentally threw away my $1600 denture and have been upset ever since. Came across an IG post for reset smile and decided it’s worth a try. I’m so happy I did and now I can smile again!
PS. It looks better than my old $1600 denture and it was a quarter of the price. It’s also comfortable to eat and talk with.

I NEVER EVER LEAVE REVIEWS: PART 1
With so many different companies offering this same service I just went with reset smile purely bc it was just about the only one offering outside financing with a company that accepted my not so great credit score. I was skeptical and wasnt sure wat to expect or how this journey would end. I am happy to say thus far my experience with reset has been fantastic. They sent my mold kit which was easy to use, took the pics they requested and sent them in. They emailed back and asked me to redo the top mold and to send it all in. No more pics were needed. My very front 4 bottom teeth are missing as well as one molar so a few days after I mailed everything back I received email stating that the denture I ordered could not support 5 missing teeth and would have to upgrade to a actual partial which was no problem. Once I gave the go ahead, id say my partial was here in about 2 weeks or so. My boyfriend couldn't believe just how long the entire process took since he witnessed the length of time my last partial process took with actual dentist office. Hes been telling everyone, lol. With all that being said, the reason for only giving 3 stars is bc my partial is tight and gives me a sore on my gums in one spot and just outright hurts to wear, so im getting ready to start the process of getting those issues corrected so once I am finished with that process depending how that goes, I will come back to update and give the appropriate # of stars if warranted. But if this process goes as smooth and quick as the first half of this experience has gone there will be a most deserved 5 star rating coming in near future. Let me also say that I NEVER leave ratings and reviews. I can count on one hand how many I have left so for me to be so impressed by a product or company that I actually take the time to do this, says alot more than my words ever could!! SO THANKS RESET SMILE!!! (based only on 1/2 my journey so far)

When i received my partials I was so…
When i received my partials I was so excited, I tried putting them in my mouth and they would not fit at all, it was very hard plastic it said dip in hot water i did that did not change a thing. I tried contacting them multiple times never got back with me. Paid $700 dollars for nothing at all, I am so disappointed, they are a JOKE.
