Pure rip off! Never received my watch! They said it was confiscated at customs and that they would send a replacement. It never happened and they quit responding to emails. $399 down the drain! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

In October 2024 I bought a blue/gold Rolex with box and papers.
The watch cost 1000$ with box would be an absolute superclone and the best you can currently buy in the sector/market.
With additional costs and various fees I ended up with 1150$
The watch was delivered after 10 weeks without box/papers. That was the first negative impression.
The watch is unfortunately not worth 50$, the 1st date display is not centered looks really catastrophic, should not be in the price range.
2. the Rolex crown in the rehaut is not centered at 12 o'clock approx. 1mm shifted to the right.
3. the steel gold bracelet is very poorly made. The gold is worn out a few times, I think the gold color is extremely poorly made.
4. until today June 11, 2025 the box has not been sent to me, to e-mail always comes the same answer, we check your request and then get back to you immediately.
I have already written several times, i.e. a total of 14 e-mails, I was also promised a replacement watch and would have given up the box for it.
To date, I have not received any refunds or a replacement watch.
The money is gone!!!!!!
