We have owned our place in Florida since 2005. When we moved to New Zealand in 2007, it made short term holiday rentals (and personal trips) impractical, and Anne Marie and Nicole stepped in to make a long term rental arrangement a sensible and workable next step. We always had confidence that they would take care of our interests from the other side of the world, and we have benefitted from their experience all the way through. They have done just that, and when we took the decision to sell, they gave sound advice and handled the sale efficiently. We were sold within 2 months, bringing an end to our 19 year ownership journey in Florida. A big thank you to you both. It's been a pleasure.

Fantastic response time with repair issues. While we don't have many and some seem very small the service we receive when we do have one has been amazing. The staff at Renters Choice Home keeps you notified on the status of the repairs and the teams that come out for the repairs have been polite, on time and very helpful. We have rented this home for nearly eight years and have nothing but praise for the team!

Anne Marie and the team have been managing my property for 10+ yrs

I was in a bit of pickle doing short term holiday rentals which was a struggle post GFC for a few years and the team came in and sorted everything i needed to switch to long term rentals which was absolutely the right move. Everything just ran so much smoother from there. Of course property is not without hiccups from time to time but the team have always been available to communicate and deal with what ever life has thrown at us along the way. Thanks so much to McCormack Realty and Renters Choice homes! It was nice knowing i had a safe and willing pair of hands taking care of everything locally for me, its very much appreciated.

I have only good things to say about McCormack Realty & Renters Choice Homes - they have provided me with a fantastic personal service ever since I engaged them several years ago to look after my rental home in Kissimmee. As a foreign resident it was important to me that I could totally rely on them to deal with all aspects of the tenancy and property maintenance on my behalf.
I have recently sold my property, and again they couldn't have been more helpful in dealing with the property agents and the legal team, patiently explaining to me the intricacies of the US house sale system and making useful recommendations to ensure I got the best value out of the sale.

Due to health problems I have reluctantly been forced to sell my much loved property in th popular Davenport area of Florida which I purchased in 1999. The sale was dealt with, seemingly without a hitch, by Anne-Marie, Nicole and Nick of McCormack Realty & Renters Choice Homes, and my thanks also go to them for managing the property so efficiently for the previous 4 years or so.

Being the fourth managing agent that I had dealt with over the years, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the transparency of their dealings with my property, highlighted by their online financial system which provided me with complete peace of mind. Being at such a distance, this was something I had not experienced before.

I cannot speak too highly of this Company and the staff’s extreme care in providing a friendly, efficient and prompt service, always being helpful especially following hurricane damage, by organising the assessment and repair of the property.
